You can set-up you and your client in a warm and comfortable room to start the session. Ensure you have privacy for at least an hour to give space for the possible emotional outburst. Take time to make things calm down before engaging with your client again.

2. Values, Mission, Purpose Generator

This is a resource used to set each goal: values, mission, and purpose. You simply have to configure the drop-down boxes until you figure out the structure you want to set. Each tool works as explained in the following:

Values Generator – Create a personal or business values set. This usually refers to the principles you hold most dear.
Mission Generator – This refers to the actual schemes an individual or a company does with the communities it operates with. It presents how talents and skills affect those who they directly impact.

This tool is helpful in rebuilding broken trust. This is especially helpful for clients who have no idea where to start after their trust was damaged. This tool can remind your client why they trusted that person they distrust and what it takes to reestablish that trust.
