“Life is to encounter things, not possess them; life is to move yourself from possession to relationship.” – Patrizio Paoletti

Humans are emotional beings. Most people try to deal with emotions by suppressing or reacting to them. The key is to understand these emotions.

Gain understanding of your emotions by asking these 3 questions:

1. “What do I really Want?”

a) Stop yourself in the moment.

Step back, take a deep breath and ask yourself what you really want. It is important to focus on this question in order to move closer to obtaining your objective.

b) Gets you closer to the light of the issue.

The longer you stay with the question, the more it will enlighten you on what you desire. It signifies that the more you dwell on the subject, the better you will understand what you really want.

c) Also shows dangers that hamper the light.

The assumption that you have a clear understanding of how motivated you are can lead you to believe you have infinite motivation. Your real motivation comes when your physical, mental, and emotional being are in sync. You can perform meditation to help you listen and observe what’s inside of you.

d) Illuminate the path to the light.

The purpose of achieving your goal will serve as your guide to know if you’re doing it right or not. This purpose will show you the answers to the following questions:
i) What you need?

What is it you really want to achieve? Your goal should be something that is desired and reachable.

ii) What you really want?

It is something that you desire to have. These may be things you do not need but things which you really aspire to have.

iii) What can you do to get it?

What resources you have in order to obtain your goal. These are the means you can use to get what you want.

2. “Why do I want it? What is the real why?”

a) The ‘true why’ is the reason that will prevent failure.

It is important for you to know the purpose of attaining your goals. This involves identifying the answer to your ‘real why.’ Knowing the answer to your ‘real why’ will become your motivation in realizing your goal.

b) It is the reason you stay the course.

The ‘real why’ gives you purpose to achieve your goal. The reasons you want to achieve this goal is what will make you stay on your course.

c) It is the reason you will not lose yourself.

The very reason you pursue your goal makes the difference between an attained or a failed objective. This reason is the basis of why you want to reach your objective.

d) You’ll find the ‘real why’ goes beyond you.

The ‘real why’ is not just about you reaching your goal. It is all about your motives, your purpose of wanting to attain your goal.

e) It includes the greater whole, family, friends.

Friends, relatives, acquaintances, including events which surround you comprise the ‘real why.’ The greater whole is important to have a clearer view of how you would achieve your goal.

3. “How will I get it”

a) You’ll need an action plan.

When you are aiming for something, make sure it is realistic and attainable. It won’t make sense if you create improbable and impractical goals.

     i) Concentrate on the best part of yourself.

When you plan on achieving something, it is always important to commit to yourself first. You should trust yourself enough to achieve your goal.

ii) Think of the achievement beyond the moment.

Do not be content with what you achieve for the moment, but with what you want to constantly manifest.

iii) The thing you want to manifest constantly.

When you aim for something, you have to think about it all the time. This is similar to the law of attraction wherein achieving something you want requires constant motivation that you will achieve it.

iv) Bring together needs and aspiration.

If you desire something, you should achieve contradicting ideas, which are needs and your aspirations. Try to compromise things which you both need and want, then you can achieve your true desire.

b) This answer gives needs their real value.

Putting needs and aspiration will provide your need a real value and your aspirations as your reason for achieving something.

c) To do this path, you’ll need the pebbles to guide you.

In order to achieve what you need and aspire, you should stick to your action plan to guide you on your path. You should not let harmful emotions hinder you from achieving your goals.
